Bookings & cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability and the specific cancellation policy supplied at the time of booking.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure, third-party providers. CPM Management never stores full card numbers on our servers.

User obligations

Users must provide accurate information and behave appropriately during events and experiences booked via our platform.

Intellectual property

All logos, images, and text are either proprietary to CPM Management or used under license. Where users submit content (e.g., messages, photos) they grant CPM Management a limited license to display such content in connection with the services. If you believe your IP has been used improperly, contact our team with details and we will respond according to takedown procedures.

Limitation of liability

CPM Management’s liability is limited as far as the law permits. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CPM Management's operations. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where allowed, may be subject to arbitration. We aim to resolve disputes directly wherever possible.
