may result in immediate termination of business relations and potential liability for damages
incurred by the Company. Applicant agrees to bear all costs arising from fraudulent claims or
misuse of services.
2. Data Authorization
Applicant grants the Company perpetual rights to verify submitted information through third-party
services, share identification documents with regulatory authorities, maintain records for a
minimum period, and charge applicable processing fees as determined by the Company.
3. Fiduciary Responsibility
All provided information is considered a material representation of fact. Applicant agrees to
immediately notify the Company of any changes, maintain current contact details, and assume responsibility
for unauthorized disclosures.
4. Liability Limitations
The Company is not responsible for financial losses from reliance on Applicant information, third-party
misuse, or damages resulting from incomplete documentation or technical failures.
5. Compliance Obligations
Applicant warrants all attachments are authentic, do not infringe third-party rights, and meet
AML and KYC regulations.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by applicable jurisdiction laws and resolved via binding arbitration
with individual claims only.
7. Service Conditions
Submission constitutes agreement to automated reviews, periodic background checks, and account
monitoring for compliance.
8. Termination Rights
The Company reserves the right to suspend services, share negative reports with credit agencies,
and take legal action for misrepresentation.
9. Security Understanding
While employing industry-standard security, the Company cannot guarantee complete safety of electronic
transmissions, and sensitive data will be stored securely per statutory requirements.
10. Good Faith Agreement
Both parties agree to resolve discrepancies promptly, maintain confidentiality, and act ethically
throughout the engagement.
